1. Download the .rar file and extract anywhere you want.
2. Run Texmod.exe.
3. Set the Target Application to the game (browse speed.exe).
4. Then browse the package called NfsMwWorldTexMod.tpf
5. Run the mod loader and enjoy.
(If not working try running Texmod.exe as Administrator)
