1. Delete all Punkbuster related folders & files (pb, punkbuster) availabe in following locations.
* Current Game directoy (by default - C:\Program Files (x86)\Activition\Call of duty 4\pb)
* C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Activition\Call of duty 4\pb
2. After removing those files just Download this .rar file and extract the pb folder to your current game directory.
3. After the extraction, run the file called pbsvc.exe in that file folder.
4. All done.
